תקציר
המאמר מציג את המודל הספירלי – מודל טיפולי התפתחותי-תפקודי רב-מקצועי לילדים ונערים אוטיסטים – ואת התהליך לפיתוח סוכן בינה מלאכותית המנגיש את המודל למטפלים בשטח. המודל הספירלי, שפותח במערך גילאי בית ספר, 'אותי' – עמותה ישראלית לאוטיזם, מבוסס על תפיסת "הילד הרב-גילאי" ועל גישה חדשנית של עבודה עם ילדים ומתבגרים אוטיסטים. המאמר עוקב אחר התהליך החדשני של תרגום ידע תיאורטי לכלי טכנולוגי מתקדם, תוך התמודדות עם אתגרים מעשיים של הטמעת המודל הספירלי במציאות הקלינית. הפיילוט כלל פיתוח שלבי תיקוף הסוכן הדיגיטלי עם מנהלות מערך ומטפלים, והסתיים בהשקה למטפלי הארגון. הסוכן הדיגיטלי, המבוסס על עקרונות Human-Centered AI, פותח כדי שיהיה מסוגל להכיר ולנתח מצבים טיפוליים מורכבים, לספק הדרכה מקצועית בזמן אמת, וליצור גשר אמיתי בין התחומים הטיפוליים השונים. התובנות הראשוניות מן השימוש בסוכן מלמדות על יכולות אינטגרציה מפתיעות של הידע הטמון במודל הספירלי ועל תרומתו הרבה להטמעת עקרונות ייצוג עצמי ושותפות בליבת החשיבה הטיפולית. בפרויקט הושם דגש על כללי אתיקה בשימוש בבינה מלאכותית, הגנה על פרטיות המטופלים, ושימור המרכיב האנושי בטיפול. המאמר בוחן את השלכותיו של פיתוח זה על מקצוע הריפוי בעיסוק בישראל ומציע כיוונים עתידיים כגון הרחבה לתחום המתבגרים, פיתוח יכולות תיעוד טיפולי, ומחקר על השפעת הסוכן על הפרקטיקה הקלינית.

Abstract
This article presents the Spiral Model, multidisciplinary developmental-functional therapeutic model for autistic children and adolescents, and the journey of developing an artificial intelligence agent that makes the model accessible to all therapists in the field. The Spiral Model, developed within the school-age division at OTI – The Israeli Autism Association, is based on the concept of the "Multi-Aged Child" and is an innovative approach to working with autistic children and adolescents. The article follows the novel process of translating theoretical knowledge into an advanced technological tool, while addressing the practical challenges of implementing the Spiral Model in clinical settings. The development included validation stages and a pilot program with program managers and therapists, and concluded with an organization-wide launch to therapists. The digital agent, based on Human-Centered AI principles, is capable of recognizing and analyzing complex therapeutic situations, providing real-time professional guidance, and creating a genuine bridge between different therapeutic disciplines. Initial insights from using the agent indicate surprising integration capabilities of the knowledge embedded in the Spiral Model and its significant contribution to embedding principles of self-advocacy and partnership which are at the core of therapeutic thinking. The project emphasized ethics in the use of artificial intelligence, protecting patient privacy, and preserving the human element in therapy. The article examines the implications of this innovation for the occupational therapy profession in Israel and suggests future directions such as expansion to the adolescent population, development of documentation capabilities, and research on the agent's impact on clinical practice.
